SABER Certification Process

Stage 1: Issue of product compliance certificate (PCoC)

• Importers add product information on SABER platform to obtain PCoC
• Importer selects the certification body (CB) on SABER platform to issue the PCoC, Obtaining reference#
• Pay the cost of PCoC
• Submit the required registration information for SABER and upload it to the system
• SABER platform issues PCoC, which is valid for one year 

Stage 2: Issue of shipping compliance certificate (SCoC)

• Importer initiates a SCoC application request on SABER platform for the products to be imported

• If the PCoC is valid, need to submit the information of the application SCOC to assist in the submission and completion

• Pay the cost of SCoC

• SCoC is issued online by SABER platform and is only available for specific shipments
